How Our Process Works
When you request treatment through Zyphera Health, you will first complete a confidential medical evaluation. A licensed healthcare provider will review your information to determine whether treatment is medically appropriate.
You are not charged unless your treatment request is approved by the provider.
If Your Treatment Is Not Approved
If the reviewing provider determines that treatment is not medically appropriate, you will not be charged for the requested medication.
Prescription Medications
Once a prescription has been approved, processed by the dispensing pharmacy, and shipped, prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded. This policy complies with applicable federal and state pharmacy regulations and helps ensure the safety and integrity of prescription medications.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your request, please contact us as soon as possible. Requests may only be canceled before the healthcare provider has approved treatment and before the prescription has been transmitted to the dispensing pharmacy.
Once an approved prescription has been sent to the pharmacy for fulfillment, the order may no longer be canceled.
Shipping Issues
If your medication is lost during shipment, arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong medication, please contact our support team promptly. We will work with our licensed pharmacy partner to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement when warranted.
Subscription Orders (If Applicable)
If you are enrolled in an ongoing treatment program with recurring shipments, you may cancel future shipments before your next billing date. Cancellation will prevent future charges but will not affect orders that have already been approved, processed, or shipped.
