Zyphera Health is a telehealth platform that connects eligible patients with licensed healthcare providers for evaluation and, when medically appropriate, treatment recommendations. Prescription medications are dispensed only after review and approval by a licensed healthcare provider and are fulfilled by a licensed partner pharmacy. Zyphera Health LLC is registered in the state of California but offers services in all 50 states except Texas. We are partnered with Fuse Health, Beluga Health, Pharmacy Hub, and Quest Diagnostics.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be located in a state where our services are available.
- Provide complete, accurate, and truthful medical information.
Providing false or misleading information may result in denial of service.
3. Medical Services
Submitting a health questionnaire or creating an account does not guarantee that you will receive treatment or a prescription.
All medical decisions are made solely by licensed healthcare providers exercising independent medical judgment.
If prescribed, medications are dispensed through licensed pharmacies in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Not for Emergencies
Zyphera Health is not intended for medical emergencies.

5. Prescription Medications
Prescription medications are available only after a provider determines that treatment is medically appropriate.
No prescription is guaranteed.
Patients are responsible for following all prescribing instructions and discussing any concerns or side effects with their healthcare provider.
6. Payments
Payment is collected only after your information has been reviewed by a licensed physician and medication is approved.
If a provider determines that treatment is not medically appropriate, your payment will not be processed.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
7. Shipping
Prescription medications are shipped by licensed partner pharmacies to eligible patients in states where service is available.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to pharmacy processing, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
8. Returns & Refunds
Due to federal and state pharmacy regulations, prescription medications cannot be returned once dispensed.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
